Absalom Media has developed a plugin to deliver Dublin Core, AGLS, Getty, Geo.location and DMOZ/ODP metadata.
Simply upload, add the required fields as part of the plugin parameters and publish for all pages.
Due to the way Joomla and Mambo handle metadata, meta keys are repeated on pages with more than 1 content item.
Mambo 4.7 will be including a variant edition of this as standard.
